Obasanjo has again reinstated his regret over voting for president buhari in 2015.

Report reaching our news desk right now has it that Dave Nweze Umahi, the current governor of Ebonyi state and also the chairman South East governors forum has reinstated that IPOB still remains proscribed and a terrorist group as pronounced by Nigeria military.
This is coming after a news came that South East governors are pleading with federal government to pardon IPOB as they are still their children.
Dave Umahi made this known while speaking shortly after an indoor meeting at Ebonyi state government house Abakaliki. He was asked if the news that they(south east governors) want IPOB to be pardoned is True. He replied "No there's nothing like such, IPOB remains proscribed as announced by Southeast governors forum as far as I am the chairman of the forum. We don't go back on our word. Also Note that IPOB is also recognized as Terrorists, as pronounced by Nigeria Military"
When asked further why still maintaining the proscription when IPOB is not violent he refused giving answer to any further questions concerning IPOB.

Vice President Yemi Osibanjo has replied President Buhari in his recent comment stating that people lobbied Him to declare him(Buhari) Dead.
Speaking to newsmen in Abuja the Vice President said nobody lobbied him to declare anybody Dead, he further stated that some are just trying to defend themselves because election is at the corner but he pleaded nobody should include him in anything as he's doing only the work of VP and not President.
In his words he said " I didn't participate, neither do anybody lobbied me to declare anybody Dead, this are all strategies to defend oneself especially as election is around the corner, I'm doing my work as VP and only some setting duties given to me by Mr President is what I will do, I won't do that of Mr President. I plead no one should include me in any political statement."
Recall that buhari said people lobbied Osibanjo and wished he's dead, he made this known why speaking from Poland on Monday afternoon.

Information reaching us right away has it that Northern youths has sent a note of warning to Peter Obi calling him a liar and a hypocrite and also a major sponsor of IPOB.
In their later to peter, they instruct him with an immediate effect to remove the BIAFRA logo from his beer products if he wants to contest for VP.
According to their leader Yerima Shettima who disclose this information yesterday, said that before he (Peter Obi) can contest for any positions in Nigeria he need to remove that BIAFRA logo from his Hero ( Ohmpa) and replace it with any Nigeria symbol or else he will not get any vote from them he added ......
Recall that Yerima has been totally against the choice of Atiku from day one and has been threatening to vote for Buhari again instead of Atiku and Obi.
Report reaching our news desk right now has it that The immediate past Governor of Abia State, Senator Theodore Orji, is currently being held by the Economic and Financial crimes commission.
SEN T. A Orji, who was governor of Abia state from 2007 to 2015, arrived at the EFCC office in Abuja, along with his lawyer.
He also represents Abia-Central senatorial district at the National Assembly, was invited over allegations that he mismanaged about N27bn.
The invitation, it was learnt, was sequel to a series of petitions written against the former governor shortly after he left office in 2015.
The EFCC was said to have commenced investigation soon after, but was waiting for enough evidence before inviting him.
Among the allegations levelled against the former governor was that he diverted billions of naira disbursed to Abia State by the Central Bank of Nigeria for Small and Medium Enterprise.
The lawmaker was also alleged to have diverted money from the Ecological Fund account, which should have been used in tackling erosion and other disasters peculiar to the state.
The ex-governor allegedly diverted money from the Abia State Oil Producing Development Area Commission, an agency of government set up for the development of the oil producing areas in Abia State
Orji allegedly used the funds to buy properties in Abia, Port Harcourt and Abuja, some of which the EFCC is planning to seize.
It was learnt that officials from the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, the Central Bank of Nigeria, commercial banks and other agencies had been invited by the EFCC to make statements on the governor’s case.
As of the time of filing this report, he was still said to be at the Commission making statements.
When contacted on the telephone, the acting spokesman for the EFCC, Mr. Tony Orilade, did not respond to calls.
In a text message, however, he said, “Yes. It is true that we have the former Abia governor with us.
“But I cannot say more than that. When it is time to press charges, we shall do that and the story will be in the media.”

Prof Ben Nwabueze has retriated his statement once again in Enugu while welcoming Atiku Abubakar the Presidential candidate for PDP come 2019 General Election who paid him a courtesy visit.
Prof Ben said that Atiku is the only hope of Igbos. Only him can help Igbos to be free from Nigeria if truly they, want to go.
He said he's never against the Biafra agitation led by Nnamdi Kanu but will always, as an elder follow the due protocols.
He said ndi igbo have been marginalized in all ramifications and he strongly believes Atiku will put that marginalization to end.
